1. Introduction of Commissioners and staff and review of meeting procedures followed by the Commission.

2. Approval of the minutes from the December 17, 2007 and March 13, 2008 Plan Commission meetings.

3. Public Hearing and Action: Request for final approval of a plat of re-subdivision for Willow Lake Farms. The re-subdivision creates lots out of easement areas for each house to allow conveyance to individual buyers. The original plat anticipated that the homes would be sold as condominiums, rather than town homes. There are no design changes proposed as part of the resubdivision. The property is located next to Conway Park, north of Field Court.
Owner: Lake Forest Estates, LLC.

4. Public Hearing and Action: Continued consideration of a
request for a Special Use Permit to authorize a drive thru and
variances from setbacks, wall height and parking requirements for a new commercial development located at 1045 S. Waukegan Road.
Owner: Realty Security Trust I & II LLC
Contract Purchaser: Joel Pickus

5. Public testimony on non-agenda items.

6. Additional information from staff.

3. Presentation by the Petitioner - not to exceed 20 minutes.

4. Identification of Issues by Staff - not to exceed 5 minutes.

5. Questions and requests for clarification from Commission to Petitioner or Staff.

6. Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes per speaker.

7. Staff Response to Public Testimony - not to exceed 5 minutes.

8. Petitioner Rebuttal - not to exceed 10 minutes.

9. Final Questions from Commission to Petitioner or Staff.
