Thank you for visiting the Finance Department, located in the Municipal Services Building, at 110 East Laurel
Avenue. The Finance Department, open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m. Monday through Friday, provides financial management and support to the City Council, Boards, Commissions and City departments, allowing them to maximize the effective utilization of financial
resources. The department's responsibilities include:
- annual budget preparation
- accounts payable and receivable administration
- financial reporting
- management of all City financial records
- payroll administration
- purchasing
- sale of parking permits, pet licenses and vehicle tags
- treasury management
- utility billing
